What is the Metaphysical Anatomy Technique?

Metaphysical Anatomy Technique(MAT) is a trauma based personal development process created by Evette Rose.

MAT can help you with:

  • Emotional blocks

  • Creating healthy boundaries
  • Solving inner conflicts
  • Overcoming addictions

In a MAT session, we start off by setting our intention on the issue to be resolved.  The process is playful and creative, identifying emotions and blockages within the physical body, followed by a focused meditation to resolve these blockages.  This process is repeated until the body is in a neutral state.  After an MAT session, the body needs a week to then integrate.  You are not required to talk about or relive your original trauma in order to resolve it.
