Who is this for?
Anyone who would like to learn and practice a meditation to help them sleep better and regenerate the nerves.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
A yoga mat. There are also mats available at the centre if you do not have one.
A blanket to cover yourself with during deep relaxation.
A bottle of water.
This is a donation class.
